早餐非常好，房间干净卫生，设施齐全，服务热情，离华清宫非常近，走路十多分钟，离兵马俑博物馆也近非常方便，开车15分钟左右，酒店周边交通用餐都非常方便，有免费停车场，关键是价格也非常合适，特别亲民，值得推荐的酒店。

地理位置非常占优势，十字路口出门搭车十分方便，离秦始皇兵马俑大概15分钟车程。房间比较小，干净整洁，设施一般。服务员态度热心，尤其二楼餐厅的服务员大姐，说话特别暖心，二楼餐厅人不多，所以没有提供自助餐，要自己照着餐单点餐，结果浪费了很多食材，房费略高，如果配套设施也能跟房费匹配，相信生意会越来越好。

第一次和闺蜜出行去旅游逛兵马俑和华清池住的这家酒店，大厅的水晶灯特别大气、漂亮，房间干净舒适，早餐丰富很满意，离景区非常近交通便利，酒店附近吃饭也很方便，前台美女服务很热情，给我们介绍了附近的好吃的，还介绍了去西安大雁塔，回民街，钟鼓楼，大明宫等景区及出行路线，非常感谢前台美女给我们免费延迟退房。西安是一个很棒的城市，我们这次出行特别满意尤其是酒店选的特别好

酒店服务人员态度很好，我们早上到的，感谢前台两位姑娘，帮忙和客房服务员一起快速打扫好房间，便于我们入住。床比较舒服，卫生间干湿分离。早餐小朋友说超过1.2所以收了20元。地理位置离华清池很近，走路20分钟左右。

酒店服务差，特别是总台服务员，长的丑，衣着不整齐，脸上无笑容，态度恶劣，没有经过正规培训，不如火车站几十元钱的服务。

下午泡了华清御汤所以没使用浴室洗澡，酒店快车打车去兵马俑23元，华清宫11元，去西安北站89元，交通还算便利！但酒店性价比不高，可能春节期间458元一晚大床房。
