酒店就在西影路上，离大雁塔、步行街都很近。因为疫情的原因，很多景点都没开放，这点比较遗憾。酒店的内部很安静，闹中取静。距离酒店100多米就有地铁站。换乘两站便可直接抵达北客站。酒店地下停车场很大，位置充足，地面也可停车。酒店设施整洁舒适，大堂空间感十足，无论是前台还是宾客关系部的同事都很有礼貌，遇到问题都可以及时得到反馈并解决。接待人员杨梦颖帮我办理的续住手续，点赞！下次来这边还会选择这家酒店。

酒店地段不错，距离景区都蛮好的。停车场出车很方便，房间住的也舒心。办理入住前台也很热情。通知了做核酸时间地点，也很贴心的指引。前台姑娘周到，点名王月蓉姑娘。

出差至西安办事，入住选择此家酒店。帮忙办理入住的前台小姑娘杨，梦，颖。知道后主动赠送了酒店的手绘地图，很有新意。紧接着推荐了周边的美食。正值疫情，酒店入住的客人较少，工作人员见到后都会主动打招呼，笑容亲切。入住体验也很不错。

办完入住之后接待人员杨梦颖有看我们带小朋友，主动房间赠送了小朋友的浴袍，拖鞋，牙刷牙具。很贴心 距离地铁方便，停车便利。车牌入进去。笑容贴心 服务好，有耐心推荐指数五星
