很好的服务，很舒适的入住体验。赠送了早餐和下午茶，无论前台服务还是下午茶餐厅的服务都很到位。看到我们带着孩子，主动送了儿童牙具和拖鞋。还送了水果到房间。作为准五星的酒店，感觉服务的星级可以完胜五星！下次来西安还会选择这里。
