服务很棒，大家都很用心工作，收拾卫生的时候把我们袜子也给洗了，觉得挺不好意思的，房间设施很棒，后来换到了豪华大床房，里面居然有个按摩椅，觉得是意外的惊喜，虽然小纸条可能是程序化的东西，到确实挺暖心，总之这次西安旅行挺棒的

酒店的地理位置不错，去钟楼很方便，酒店的服务周到，每天两个苹果、两瓶水，还有温馨的小卡片，有机会再去还会选它。

从大堂到打扫卫生的各位工作人员 真的都很亲民啊 有一种宾至如归的氛围 每天免费提供水果 牛奶 地理位置也是绝佳 碑林博物馆 书院门 南城门 钟楼 全部步行解决 唯一有点可惜的 大概就是房间装修老旧了一些 不然就是百分百了 前台的小姐姐 长得很好看呀

很干净，服务很好，位置也很好，出门跟前就有商场，能逛街就像家里一样舒服，还能洗衣服，吃的也好，还能送餐，每天给2个牛奶和苹果，下次来西安，还是选这里
