本来是想给差评，前台服务实在太烂了。当时到酒店已经走到前台，跟一位前台说要check in，那位还说稍等，我打个电话，直接把我们晾在一边。本来以为是什么紧急电话，一听才知道是询问另一头的客户是否可以按时到达酒店，另外一个也是正在打电话，打完了问我们名字，办理入住的时候，有一个客户来更换房间，也不先跟我们说下，又把我们晾在一边，期间提醒了2次，前台说是这位客户先来的，那你最起码给个理由吧，怎么可以把客户晾在一边，最后等到那位客户弄好了才来处理我们的事情，期间一句道歉的话都没说，真的是醉了，第一次遇到这样的前台，都想骂人了。最后选择好评是想给住了3天的每天帮忙整理房间的阿姨说声谢谢，我朋友说五星级酒店都没这样好的服务，竟然帮忙洗了袜子，洗了鞋子，还有擦了行李箱的灰层，实在感谢了，对了还有每天2个苹果+2支牛奶，为辛苦劳作的工作人员打电话。下次有朋友来西安，会推荐这家酒店，希望酒店的前台能改善下服务态度，太让人失望了。

非常棒的入住体验，服务一流，每天有赠送牛奶，水果。早餐丰富。地理位置也超级好！为这次旅行加分很多。全家都开心。

酒店的位置很好距离钟楼和鼓楼景点都不太远，前台接待人员很有礼貌，态度和蔼。酒店服务也很到位，每天都提供免费的矿泉水、苹果和特仑苏牛奶。入住3晚以为就免费给1晚苹果和牛奶呢，酒店值得推荐！
