酒店离钟楼步行约10几分钟，大堂在4楼，门口停车位很少，不过门口的保安大叔很热情。房间服务员也很好，洗了衣服还给弄一晾衣架。每天还有两苹果和两特仑苏。楼下有好吃的biang biang面和裤带面、肉夹馍，面皮

每天送两瓶牛奶，两个苹果，打扫人员认真负责。打扫人员任利利很贴心，给我们淋浴房贴心地放了防滑垫，还给我们叠了衣服（早上出门忘了），谢谢！

酒店地理位置很好！就在钟楼鼓楼附近，边上是商业区很热闹的，买东西也很方便，酒店很热情，每天苹果加牛奶，客房服务很好，衣服都会帮你叠的整整齐齐的。很满意的一次入住酒店！
