自从14年悦椿酒店开业，每年夏天去玩泳池，冬天来泡温泉，几乎成了周末休闲的固定场所。酒店的硬件设施不错，非常适合亲子度假；服务质量虽然孟总的离开，但是还是维持了以往的高标准，特别是前台的黄欣，服务态度很好，虽然提前到达，房子还没有打扫出来，但是还是很耐心的联系客房，以最快的速度让安排孩子入住。早餐比以前有所提高，越来越多地加入了陕西元素，但是还是有可以提升的空间。总体而言，悦椿是个适合家庭度假，亲子游乐的西安后花园！

其他都还行，就是服务态度不怎么样，本来住的两晚房费全付了，第二天有事赶飞机回家，房费还没退，工作人员说稍后会打电话给我确认，因为我当时很急。结果没打，我打电话过去联系酒店时，说联系前台，结果就没然后了…
