说实话，这次体验非常差。六一当天早上九点多带着老妈和宝宝到酒店，被告知下午两点才能办入住，然后就没有然后了。想到酒店户外花园走走，发现中庭走不过去，自助餐厅后面的那一片看着风景不错的地方也走不过去，也就是说只能在酒店门口或酒店里溜达，没什么户外区域或花园可言。然后去儿童乐园吧，竟然还分了免费和收费区域，免费区域是没有玩乐设施的，收费区域其实也是比较简单的游乐区，要额外收费50元。我想说800多的房费里竟然不提供免费儿童游乐设施，也是第一次遇到。然后就想着先去泡温泉吧，结果被告知温泉11点才营业，然后我带着一老一小坐在大堂沙发上无聊地等到11点。泡温泉回来已经15点了，排了队办入住，15点20分办好入住手续被告知房间还没有打扫出来，让在大堂等电话通知。我就呵呵了，酒店是要求客人12点前就要退房的，结果15点多了房间还没有打扫出来，然后也没有任何歉意。猪猪侠房间还算有点特色，但从早上到下午的遭遇，已经没什么兴致了。不知道酒店内部有没有持续改进体系，会不会倾听客户声音，反正我是不会再去了。

房间好，环境位置一流，还会再去。餐饮不太好，前台接待不错，一个管事模样的前台主管男的感觉很不专业。
