服务很好，刚入店那天一进门就有工作人员迎上前帮忙提行李，还为我们准备了酸梅汤解渴，很是温馨。在酒店住了三天，每天在酒店不管在什么地方遇见酒店的工作人员，都会被他们亲切的打招呼，这是在其他酒店所体会不到的服务！酒店每天提供免费下午茶，可惜出来游玩没有时间去品尝。以后来西安玩还会选择这家酒店！地段好，服务佳！

艺龙上看了高点评去的，不过怎么说呢，感觉还是有点落差:1.501房间异味严重。2.下午茶一般，没有网评的好，比较简单。3.电梯很慢。感觉什么都有，但感觉什么都差那么一点。服务意识确实很强，说明培训很到位！
