这间酒店超会说，名说帮我升级房間，其实根本没有，是把家庭房换豪华大床房。打电话到同程讨公道。酒店说当天的价格豪华大床房比家庭房貴哦。当时我就要求同程把往后随意点几个日期看报价，都是豪华大床房比家庭房便宜。br这是欺騙。欺骗还嘴硬。br搞笑的是我了7月25日定的家庭房到8月20日至24日入住。在20号在路上才被告知家庭房已滿。这就是细致的服務。

竟然把我们的家庭房降级到大床房，而且还说是给我升级了。搞笑的是7月底就定好8月20日至25日的房，到20号那来的没房了。旅游都没仔细看，回来一看上网才知道被骗了，要求调房一定要小心，700多元一晩的房哦。

简单说一下，总之酒店是很好的，洗澡有头顶的大淋浴头，水很大很爽，有免费的自助早餐、下午茶、机器人送货、前台全是鲜花、有儿童游玩区、不限量矿泉水供应，停车有没点不便，但是旁边也可以停，马桶有点小，有朋友就送儿童牙刷呢😊，入住体验很不错，有空就可以去按摩，本人最喜欢了，VIP管家郭娜很热情，给我们介绍各种业务，其他几名帅哥也很好但不知道名字，非常感谢，期待下次再来
