酒店服务注重细节，VIP管家鱼婷服务非常热情主动，洗衣房设置很方便游客，每位服务人员都是很礼貌的打招呼，我想下次来西安还会入住的。还有喜欢阅读区的按摩椅，游玩回来能放松一下，考虑非常周到。

酒店真的非常棒！就价格而言，也许有亲会觉得略贵了点。但真的是非常值。整个酒店环境温馨怡人。四楼有按摩椅，每天游玩累了回来按按，十分惬意。九楼有个星空影院，就是露天的空中花园，夜晚凉风习习，卧榻而栖，身心皆愉。酒店所有服务人员都特别真诚热情。有任何问题都会尽全力替你解决。特别让我感动的是娃突发急性腹泻，并伴有呕吐，夜里把床单弄脏了。凌晨两点多我急着带娃去医院，走时和前台小哥打了个招呼，想换个床单。小哥很无奈和我说打扫阿姨夜里不上班，但他也说会尽量替我解决。本沒抱多大希望，四点多回房间后看见床单己经换上新的了，真的非常开心。并且看到了一段温馨留言。原来床单是位保安大哥帮忙换的，因为不是专业人员，怕有不到之处所以打了个招呼。并祝福我家宝贝早日康复。看到那段文字时真的非常非常感动。菲林酒店有如此高质量的服务相信一定会越来越好的。真心向大家推荐菲林酒店，你花的每一分钱都是超值的！
