非常棒的酒店，房间每天打扫卫生，收拾房间，有免费零售和饮料，矿泉水，下午3点还可以喝免费下午茶。酒店无论是从门童到各个服务生管理员等都很热情周到！服务比真正的五星级酒店一点不差！下次再来西安一定还住这里！表扬所有的工作人员！服务非常棒！

初步感觉不错，源自对于装修的印象。但是入住后，发现前台不像宣传地那样热情，反而多了很多冷漠和对于业务的不熟练，归根结底是职业化素养不高。反观某家两三百（会员价）四星级酒店的前台不仅给人一种体贴的感觉，并且还能免费接送！东舍的格局只能停留在送些零食和水果。从干净程度来看，东舍的床铺和毛巾很干净，这一点业界少有，应该是用消毒水认真清洗过。总而言之，服务品质和人文素养还有待提高到这个价位的水准。

酒店比较新，比老品牌五星设施新，干净，位置很方便很中心，周边繁华，离钟楼不远，早餐很棒！可以吃很饱，品种多。房间我们三个人选的58㎡，加了一张床。足够宽敞。因为定的晚，房间没有选择，这个房型已经很满意。不足的是，加床时候服务员不够到位，过节服务员少，跟酒店设施比降分不少！觉得服务员培训应该提高！还有美中不足就是卫生间喷头水不够大，其他都不错，三人一致认为再来西安就选这家了。
