整体风格冷淡黑色风。服务态度不错，类似于管家服务，特别是尹天成管家态度很好。前台有饮料和水果。下午三点到六点凭房卡还有自助下午茶

整体不错，饮用水不限量，早餐算是种类比较多，干净，服务挺好的，第一天给免费洗了车，酒店距离钟楼步行就十分钟路程，交通方便，房间干燥，酒店有加湿器

第一次住这家酒店，预订时就看评论说服务一流，入住后体验的确很好，就说一点，我在楼下便利店买个打火机，遇见入住时帮我拿行李的服务员，他说酒店前台有打火机，并且飞奔去给我拿了过来，至今我还记得便利店老板娘的表情

西安东舍精品酒店 我今天入驻 十分惊喜 之前来住过几次 服务一直都保持一流水平 让我感到宾至如归！非常好！房间设施全都是新中风格、很牛！而且大堂服务员工个个都十分专业、礼仪上乘！同时、特别感谢 雷雨 先生的服务．真的很好！
