房间挺好的，由于网站信息没有标注清楚，显示的是豪华间，然后到店后店员通知我们定的是双人房，客满无法调换，而之前我打电话给酒店，酒店一听是艺龙上订的就给我转接了，然后转接艺龙网又没人接，所以没确认到，我也不能说网站的信息不明导致我订错房，只能怪我没确认到位，所以大家在这个网站订这款豪华间的时候请务必务必跟酒店确认清楚！！！！！！总之一开始就挺烦的，不管这个酒店怎么样，现在都很难挽回这种坏心情！而且我还是带客户过来的，只能怪我自己吧！然后打电话给网站上的人，他们说他们没办法标注清楚是大床房还是双人房，也没办法提醒客户他们标注不清，所以大家订房的时候请务必自己打电话给酒店确认清楚！
