张丹丹很专业，升级了房间，酒店很好，交通便利，离三号线很近，地铁特别方便，特别好的是地铁卡还是免费的，酒店客房很暖心，送了姜茶，不错，送了早餐，很丰富，

酒店设施不错 环境也比其他五星酒店都好 前台小妹妹赵倩楠 潘璐值得表扬 服务特别到位 房间做了免费升级 还送了下午茶 房间真的不错 还送了一个巧克力 是西安得特色兵马俑 味道还不错 我抽烟 还给房间放了咽喉糖 不错不错 值得表扬

出差到酒店，感觉酒店房间很舒服，来的时礼宾帮忙把行李送房间，服务很不错特别是前台赵倩楠和潘璐看我们抽烟，专门给房间送了咽喉糖，房间有点热，还让大姐给房间多送了几瓶水，特别贴心

酒店位置较好，酒店服务员赵倩楠服务热情周到，因为睡眠不太好，所以特意给安排了高一点的房间，过来出差还细心帮忙准备账单和发票，陈秋月主管还帮忙给房间送了姜茶，很暖心，4楼游泳池也很不错，史家兴服务点赞
