住第一晚发现出进的客人没有扫码量体温 当失去觉得有点可疑 毕竟特殊时期 第二晚是当天有事回来太晚了就懒得换了第二晚在房间打电话到前台想要一套洗漱用品 前台电话一直没人接 我就下去到前台询问 前台一位男士漫不经心的说可以打通啊 一直没有听到电话 我手机跟座机都打了十几个 让他看了记录 他才低声说 可能电话有问题! 我就让送一套洗漱用品 那个男的说我们第一晚是升级的房 本来是要把里面的那一套好点的洗漱用品撤出来? 换成那个不知名差点的 房子升级第一晚不是我要求的 其次是第一晚接待人员态度就很差劲 才主动升级了 结果这位男士因为一套洗漱用品再次对我发出恶劣的态度 言语间没有对我任何得尊重 反而说出撤出洗漱用品这种无语的话?简直不能理解一个酒店前台接待这样的素质 最后由于酒店安全隐患以及接待差劲的缘由换了酒店 希望大家引以为戒吧!
