来西安参加为期三天的学习，仅仅是因为比城外学习的酒店便宜两百多块才选择的这里，地理位置一流，离钟楼往东第一个红绿灯的位置。早餐小巧精致，基本上想吃的都能找得到。特别意外的是加上当地特色的小点心与胡辣汤，因为汤不够热，服务员记下了我的房间号，只要我一进来餐厅就会给我端来一碗热热胡辣汤，很暖心又暖胃。客房的床/枕头都很舒服，床品也很干净卫生，服务生看到我们满台面的化妆用品还很贴心的拿着方巾给我们垫好，这种小动作让我与同室友感动了好一阵子。因为退房时间是两点钟，但是马上就两点了，行李箱又出了问题怎么都合不上了，不得不让室友一边拿着卡先去退房，一边通知前台来查房。来查房的服务员看到我手忙脚乱的，一直说没事没事，慢慢来，晚一点也没有关系，好贴心呀，那种会被扣半天房费的紧张马上被安抚了。深刻的体验到了，酒店卖硬件的同时，也是卖软件的，贴心的服务很重要。请贵酒店加油喔，我会记得“皇城豪门酒店”。
