设施比较老了。服务很好，给我延迟到4点退房，还把外卖由工作人员送上，床非常舒服。空调声太大。

老牌五星酒店，略显陈旧，但无论是硬件还是软件配置上都属上乘。旁边有夜市，喜欢西安小吃的有口福了。交通也比较便利？

优点：br1大堂金碧辉煌，大气上档次，温暖，服务员总体比较热情。br2房间大，桌子毛巾多，配备齐全。br3晚上睡得安稳，温暖。br4小孩生日，免费提供了蛋糕，小礼物，牛奶，水果，非常有爱。br5前台曲奇饼非常好吃。br缺点：br1住了八晚马桶堵了四次。可能是卫生纸不溶解或者一次丢进去太多，工作人员来的很及时，弄一下就通了。br2吹风筒很大风，但是线有点卷曲不易拉开。br3卫生间放沐浴露洗发水的地方有点窄，瓶子容易掉地上。br4价格变化有点大。提前预定还不如临时预定便宜，好在及时取消了再订，折腾了一下，但是酒店前台很配合。谢谢！br总之，五星级性价比还可以，以后来西安还是这家。
