酒店位置好，服务都很好。来的第一天，出租车下来，门口服务员看到我们大包小包的，立马上来帮我们拿箱子。特别感谢服务员 潘梅，为人热心、细心，很为住客着想，可能看到我们有孩子买了很多水，特意帮我们多留两瓶水。孩子把床弄湿了，二话不说，里里外外全给换好。有这样的员工大大提升了住客的满意度和体验，手工点赞👍

酒店服务非常好！尤其是前台的Snow Wang，像冬天里的一条围巾一样温暖，有古城典雅之风，贵妃矜持之度，告诉我酒店的各种优惠活动（618电商活动），比平时便宜不少，使我果断延房，送的果盘非常精致，兵马俑巧克力人像高度有二十公分，一家人吃了三天才吃完。客房服务员许勤芳也非常好！把我们的睡衣都叠放整齐！希尔顿距永兴坊400米，马路对面巷子口有很多餐饮店、水果店，回到酒店都需要扶着墙。打车去博物馆约20元，非常便利。

住了两天，基本满意。遗憾的是手机充电器在电话机床头柜上忘记拔下来就退房了，没有接到遗物通知电话，晚上给前台打电话，答复说没有见到。朋友送的一个特殊的充电器，带Type-C和苹果转换接头，可惜。

酒店大堂很气派，房间干净整洁，主要是服务好，会员入住有水果送哦。半夜孩子发烧，打电话问有没体温计，前台工作人员表示可以出去对面药房帮忙买
