管理混乱！设备陈旧！早饭非常难吃，建议不要订含早餐的！wifi很差，订了两间房间，竟然都没有路由器！临时加的不能用！订了两晚，结果第二天房卡不能进房间！总台只开了一晚。后来又加了半天，放了行李挂了请勿打扰牌，尽然被服务员打扫房间，房卡也被锁住！管理太混乱！泳池对外开放，早上还不让游泳！里面全是人，很旧，更衣柜🔒都没有！设备很旧很破！开发票还开错！

订购了，家庭房性价比还是很高的，只是就是这个酒店是装修很久了，设备有点旧，不过还是很好的，早上带早饭，自助餐，然后挺安静的交通也非常方便

位置很好，然后房间面积很大，但是房间的装修相当老了。旁边有一个温泉游泳馆，水质还行，但是设备一样很老旧了。选择了酒店的家庭套房，面积很大，总的来说性价比很好

五一假期去的，入住的客人很多，登记时前台有点乱。到房间房卡打不开，等了十几分钟才有客房人员帮忙开门。房间没有通风，霉味很重，窗户没纱窗，地漏疏通不好，洗澡后水漫了一卫生间。温泉水很黄，硫磺味很重。房间设施差，三星级的酒店，价格高的离谱，设施却跟不上，也许是假期涨价了，也许旅游城市价格高，总之比去过的其他城市价格高。以为有温泉池，问后才知道是温泉水的游泳池，有点无语。早餐一般，当地特色不是很多。不是很想再住的酒店。地理位置好，离回民街公交3站地。
