白天的服务人员很赞，晚上回去的时候可能换班了，服务态度欠佳。房间里面的设施比较老旧了，房间还有噪音，关了空调还是有很大的声音，就这样伴随一晚上……房间的隔音还比较好。距离地铁站有点小选

酒店服务非常到位！大年初五，我们不慎把一件个人物品遗忘到了酒店房间，发现时已经在返程高速上了。抱着试试看的想法，我们打了酒店前台的电话，很幸运，他们帮我们找到了遗忘的物品，并发了顺丰快递寄给我们。非常感谢当天值班的工作人员！

酒店地理位置很方便，坐公交车方便，去省博，大雁塔都能直接坐到。服务很好，在总台登记后有人带到房间，每天给打扫房间，价格便宜，性价比很高

酒店设施比较老旧，还算干净卫生，洗澡的温泉水有硫磺味，不太习惯，自助早餐实在是太难吃了，也许是不习惯喜欢的饮食口味。
