酒店在曲江地区应该是高大上。服务人员亲切热情。客房给人感觉也比较温馨。舒服。这一次唯一的遗憾就是这个放出来的热水……不知道是什么原因！非常可怕。浑浊。需要放置沉淀。很不满意

垃圾酒店，没人帮提行李，前台不专业入住收费半天搞不清，叫了外卖让自己去酒店门口取！！走廊巨场走到房间要400米，非常不方便！太差的体验！！！

服务态度太差，退房的时候没人理你，随便插队，两个服务员竟然有说有笑的聊起天来，好不容易有个给办了，还一脸欠钱的模样，连一句谢谢什么的不会说，一点礼貌都没有，我也不知道你们酒店是觉得自己很了不起还是怎样，早餐的服务员也是一边聊天一边工作，你问她什么也是没人好好搭理你。太恶心了这家酒店，希望大家别惯着这种酒店，毛病都是惯的，共同抵制，不要再住这家了。
