平台和酒店协调服务太差，到酒店后前台说查不到我登记的客房，害得我和客人在大厅尴尬半小时左右，一直打电话给网站才得以解决，最糟糕的一次住宿体验，五星级酒店和平台出现这种事情真让人恶心。害得我在酒店大堂丢人丢大了
