三个字概括服务“非常烂”！再加八个字“一如既往地非常烂！”提前一天预订的6个房间各住2晚，房费不便宜，提前预付13968元。中间收到各种言之凿凿的预订成功信息。第二天不放心，提前前往办理入住手续，果不其然，说是没有任何预订信息，携程的预订号查无此号。各种联系，携程用我的电话和凯悦前台几轮互扯，给出另外的预订号，结果说对上了，可是这个预订号是8个房间而且没有一个名字是我预订的。呵呵，凯悦、携程这是帮黄牛推销房间呢？终于办了入住，房费既然预付了，说是每个房间每晚收我500押金，6个房间每个2晚，应该是6000吧？结果直着脖子收了12000。12000？呵呵，算我数学不好。说是房间没打扫好，晚点才能给房卡。没事，晚点就晚点，不要不给就行了。再次果不其然，晚饭前去取房卡，拿着开房间的身份证，前台理直气壮地说：“没有这些房间！”呵呵，之前是找鬼预订的？之前是找鬼办入住的？太搞笑了！更搞笑的大厅站了三个女的，穿着凯悦的制服，一脸的冷漠不理不睬，你们是什么级别的高干啊？凯悦花钱请你们来是装的？见你们总经理是要见你们亲爹？你们先人五人六的阻挠？
之前入住过，很不愉快，这次更不愉快，谢谢你们帮凯悦集团砸品牌！
