尽管不太想提这次的不开心经历，但是还是忍不住。预定了嘉宾轩套房，也是凯悦老会员，结果被告知是定了普通大床房，给酒店看了订单，给艺龙打电话，原来是系统问题，艺龙给补差价。入住后发现套房味道极大，换了两个套房都不行，因为酒店开业才半年，套房又很少人住，所以装修味道还没散完。于是找前台换房间，结果前台换房，竟然换了最普通的房间，不是嘉宾轩，还不含早餐，结果约朋友去嘉宾轩时被告知不能用，后来前台结账又折腾早餐费用等问题，感受非常不好。

酒店硬件很不错 但是服务没有五星。几次在走廊上遇到酒店工作人员，穿西装的到HSKP服务员，居然都没有主动和住客打招呼...

凯悦酒店位置很好，楼层不高，大气。但我中午12点去登记入住，当时房间没整理出来能理解，但等我到对面金地广场吃完饭玩到下午四点半都没整理出来，我就认为这是服务不到位的体现。
