难得旺季酒店这么清闲，一进大堂香气扑鼻，就是房间好小，带着老人孩子有些不方便，大堂经理王凌珊给我们换了豪华间并让礼宾员小王亲自帮我们拉行李到新的房间，给我们省了好多麻烦，表扬一下
