跟朋友一起出去玩的人比较多，到了酒店好像房型定错了，前台霍××还特意帮我们换了一个大一点的房间感觉挺人性化的一个酒店

飞机晚点到酒店，凌晨三点才办了入住，都快困死了，经过我们申请大堂经理王凌珊同意了我们中午晚点退房，很灵活并且人性化，好评

报团出来游玩还是很优惠的，全天有导游讲解，就是出入的时候被同伴推了一下把脚扭了，打电话到酒店是大堂经理接听的，买的云南白药在礼宾部存放，回来的时候王凌珊还让礼宾员用轮椅将我们推到房间
