服务员除个别人外还是很不错的，特别是打扫卫生的那位，还特意和我们仔细解释。卫生间洗澡的水容易洒的到处都是，其他满意，考虑下次入住。

第一次来西安，是西安机场大巴送到酒店的，酒店环境不错，干净卫生，服务态度也很好，在同程旅游定的直接报姓名身份证就入住了，因为是春节，前台耐心告诉我们在外面有些地方没开门，我们在酒店直接叫了外卖，中午出门去大雁塔，前台服务人员告诉我们景点出游的公交站，地铁站在哪里搭乘，酒店四周环境也很安静，住店窗外就能够看到西安北城墙，晚上看夜景很美，离市区也近，可以走到钟楼去玩，去回民街找美食也很方便，打的就一起步价，第三天计划去看城楼，准备打的去热闹的南门，前台服务人员告诉我们直接可以从北门上去，我们过马路就可以直接买票登楼了，并且告诉我们行走需要2个多小时，因为下午还要乘飞机返程提醒我们注意时间安排，这次的西安之行感受到了酒店服务的愉快，这次西安之行感受就是干净，整体素质高

还不错，连住了四晚，定的标A窗外就是城墙，定远门，唯一就是锦江要12点前退房，太早了。
