房间很暖和，前台服务很差。从我们进酒店就没有看到前台接待的笑容，直到退房前台有一个男接待员面带笑容。房间后面是城墙很方便

从办理入住到退房都没有看到前台服务的微笑，在大厅有一个穿黑色制服的（女）不知道是不是经理，嘴里还在吃东西，到房间看到的地板上都是渣渣子，而且被套下面还烂了。中午到12点前台也没有打电话提醒退房时间，也没有说12点会断电，我正在洗漱，就把电给断了。哎，不推介大家入住这家酒店。服务太差
