10多年第1次给酒店写差评。11点多，看完长恨歌，一到酒店我便准备冲个澡。脱完衣服，进去淋浴房，一拉移门钢化玻璃便炸掉了，满身上、地上都是玻璃粒子，我的手上到处在流血，把我吓蒙了。这时，同事看到我满脸是血，马上联系了酒店。值班经理很快来到房间，陪同我们来到医院，伤口做了简单的清理、包扎，这时觉得浑身上下十多处地方撕裂的疼痛，好几处伤口处理了直至第二天也还流血，回到旅馆已经两点多了。早上八点多我就叫来了值班经理，她说我和领导商量一下，最后的结果就是我给你把房费的零头抹了吧。说到底，房费还想收，给我免了56块钱，我拒绝了。后来来到大厅，一个貌似领导的中年男子讲了一些很敷衍的话，把房费免了。这么折腾的事情，浑身上下那么多伤口，总的给个说法吧，中年男子嘀嘀咕咕也说不出个一二。后来又来了一个油嘴滑舌的年轻人，什么也没问，他说你看这个也没什么赔偿标准。我们购买你们的服务，出了这么大的问题，谁也不想，房费10倍或者5倍的补偿总不奇怪吧，他说我没有那个职权，我的职权吧给你100块钱你认为我打你脸，500块吧你嫌少.. 由于赶时间，认倒霉，总结一点;宁可住星级酒店的特价房也不能住这种差的酒店了

可以看出酒店曾经还是挺好的，装修配置都还不错，但卫生不是太令人满意，明显不如过去。
