不得不说服务做得非常好，送行李到房间，有上下午茶，房间卫生也很好，重点是早餐比较丰富。同等价位的酒店中以服务和细节取胜。

1.酒店的位置非常好，西安北站直接坐地铁2号线到钟楼站下车，步行几分钟就到酒店。
2.酒店的服务非常好，所有工作人员都很nice，很热情。
3.酒店从早上7点到晚上11点都有水果，小吃，稀粥，茶水提供，如果不想出门在酒店待上一下午也很舒服，喝喝下午茶，吃吃点心，水果，也非常惬意！
4.酒店的早餐也不错的。
5.因为带小孩出游，酒店还送了礼物给孩子，还有小孩的拖鞋和牙刷。
6.还有酒店的工作人员还帮忙洗袜子，太意外啦！^_^
总得来说很满意酒店的服务！
