非常好的入住体验。贴心的长时间的免费茶点，热情周到的服务，交通便利，闹中取静，孩子喜欢，我们也喜欢。就是房间有点味道，新酒店。如果加强通风就更完美了。

位置好，服务好，艺龙上5.0的评分是挺客观的反映。酒店在钟楼东边，步行可以到地铁站，商圈，钟鼓楼，回民街，碑林，距火车站三、四站公交的距离。最赞的是人性化的服务，因为我们火车早上到西安，所以早上就到了酒店，前台立马安排人打扫出一间房间让我们入住，最晚退房时间是下午三点。全天有免费自助下午茶，水果也是全天候供应，每天出游归来都会到大堂小坐一会，完美
