前台服务百分之百好评，Sophia，Joanna，兀香和马红红小姐在我们入住和离店的时候都给予了热情的帮助，让我们充分感受到了西安人的大气友好。
酒店位置很好，有停车场。步行几分钟可达万达广场，苏宁易购旗舰店，还有即将开业的悦荟大型购物中心。步行十几分钟即可达回民街，钟鼓楼。酒店大门口外相当宽阔，适合等待网约车。自助早餐非常丰富，中式西式口味均可满足，中餐厅吃过一次，味道也是可圈可点。
