已经供暖，室温25度，给的是羽绒被，根本没法睡！早上是没有服务人员打扫卫生的，也就是说如果当天退房，那么房间是没人打扫的。放在江浙沪，这种服务方式的酒店应该会倒闭了。大门口的迎宾根本不理人，自己管自己聊天，一位看似小领导的管理人员，直接把茶叶渣倒在酒店门口花坛里。西安之旅非常不满意

酒店非常不错，但硬件设施没有达到索菲特的档次，所以性价比差点。酒店早餐很好，非常丰盛。地理位置优越。总体来说是西安比较好的酒店。
