服务意识态度很好，让我们有回家的感觉。酒店设施齐全，健身房和游泳池相比其他酒店过于微缩。卫浴设施不太符合酒店整体水平，尤其是马桶只能等同于快捷酒店的档次。整体而言给我们一家的感觉不错，地理位置方便，带孩子比较轻松。枕头有点高。爱马仕的洗浴用品味道一般。

服务非常周到，细致，体现了大型酒店管理集团优秀的培训水平和服务人员良好的职业素质。硬件配套比较到位，不足之处就是wifi信号十分不稳定，房间面积离超五星酒店标准还略小了些。另外索菲特人民大厦和索菲特传奇其实是一家酒店旗下的两种产品和定位，容易混淆，建议应该标识的更加清晰一些，客人容易找不到大堂位置，本地的司机都混淆。房间环境雅致、舒适，早餐食材品质较好，入住还是很满意的。谢谢高品质的服务！

classic European design quiet though central location easy walk to the ancient city gate and bell tower and muslim quarters.
