入住期间恰逢结婚两周年纪念，酒店非常贴心的布置了房间，还准备了庆祝蛋糕。但让我们印象最深的还是所有工作人员的服务态度，真的非常非常非常有礼貌，细致有耐心！因为我出门在外对住宿条件还蛮讲究的，所以也住过不少好的酒店，传奇虽然建筑物很古旧，但却让人很舒服，如果下次去西安，会继续选择！

住过后给予各方面评分都最高的，很是喜欢，房间大小正正好好，温馨舒适，服务很是细心周到，卫生条件也是没的说，格局布置很讲究，真正的高大上简奢优雅风格！对于很是挑剔的我来说能遇到一个什么都挑不出刺的酒店也是很不容易，反正有机会去西安还会选择这家酒店！

装修风格非常唯美的一家酒店，管家和酒店服务也相当温馨周到，就是房间智能化设施还不够到位，如老式窗户的窗帘很多但没有遥控，但总体上酒店内外风格还是很棒的！

担保了的房间没有保留，说好第一时间给房卡也没有，还是我自己去要了两次。硬件再好，员工素质差也注定搞不好。有了问题推三推四不解决，预订部经理竟然指示员工让我再去找当时办手续的员工，毫无责任心。

西安索菲特传奇酒店，无论从管理到服务，几乎己达到酒店最顶级水平，真的出乎我意料，西安能有如此服务的酒店，真的是太棒了，把每一位客人当做酒店最尊贵的客人，让每个人感觉宾至如归，所有服务水平，超过全球任何一家丽姿，而这间酒店在西安真的让人惊喜！这次来西安住了三家酒店，希尔顿、凯悦、索菲特传奇，下次来西安一定只住索菲特传奇！

Hotel has very good location (central part of the city) and easy to get around. Walking distance (about 15 minutes) to Bell Tower and Drum Tower (Muslim street). Staff are mostly helpful. Rooms are not too big however it’s quite decent in terms of quality of the furnishing. Recommend to try.

总体还好，早餐可以点餐的，喜欢品尝地方美食的朋友可以点餐，但是餐厅并没有提前告知！很遗憾没有吃到早餐的水盆羊肉。
