酒店硬件该升级了，大床是临时拼凑而成的。而且酒店很多设施对外开放，还有健身营销人员和旁边4s店人员在大堂进行产品和服务介绍。。。在与酒店客人共同使用电梯时举止粗鲁。对于选择威斯汀相当失望。唯一的亮点是帮我们引导和拿行李的工作人员符合五星酒店标准

酒店位置、外观和大堂感觉不错，但一次性用品太差，房内设施偏旧，入住办理时间太长，前台说给间安静的房间，但是远一点，其实不止是远一点，酒店像个迷宫，从前台走到房间都需要6、7分钟，太不人性化，带着小孩很不方便，五星级酒店的价格却连个儿童牙刷也没有，性价比太低，不推荐

酒店的位置很好，性价比高，大床房的床超级大，很不错。设施还行，虽然没有住的其他的威斯汀酒店那么智能化，但是起码性价比算高的了。下次来还会入住这里。
