本不想吐槽的，但是！
1.因为办事在艺龙定的，然后到酒店先是查不到订单，查了半天，告诉我只有一楼房间，我想要换高一点的，被告知没有！
2.入住以后，我打开房间空调，发现开了将近一小时，仍然没有热度，打了前台电话以后，排了维修工人，工人告之，可能出风口有问题，需要时间维修。下午外出后待工人维修！等再回来，发现，仍然不热，房间基本处于18度的样子！
3因为感冒，又打电话到前台，希望送一个油酊取暖器，以及加湿器，后来服务员送来了取暖器，告之没有加湿器了，又送来了两个车载加湿器，基本没有什么卵用的东西！
4.房间书桌三展灯基本不能使用，不是打不开，就是开灯后灯管闪烁！
5.服务员态度很好，快捷服务工作人员，只要接电话，就问我需不需要办理加入会员！
作为景点的五星酒店，基本设施应该在客人入住前就检查完好，这是基本的！但是很可惜，我没有体验到愉快的入住！

免费升级成家庭套房，两个卧室，厨房，餐厅，客厅，还有两个大露台，跟迷宫似的，好大。冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机齐全。服务很好，位置更好，大雁塔南广场。就是有点旧了，而且早餐真的很一般
