对这个酒店印象很深，尤其是前台小唐，服务很好很热情，办理入住专业、体贴，对各种问题都能一一解答连对西安这个城市都有了很好的感觉，下次来还会再住。退房时服务好极了。大堂张经理特别nice 在等待的时候特地给我们拿了酸奶，还帮我把行李拿到出租车上。 对张经理100分好评啊……

位置确实很好，离市区古城墙很近，出酒店就有地铁和公交，附近还有家医院，晚上胃痛挂急诊开药简直救命了。
客房很大，设计合理，使用方便，就是配套设施比较老旧了，热水忽冷忽热的。
每天都送酸奶和水果，服务热情周到。
