暖心，是对这个酒店的最大感觉，第一天到达酒店的时间已经快12点了，进了房间就看到了图①，小细节真的打动人，让我们风尘仆仆的带着孩子拖着行李一进门就感觉到暖心，南方过来的我们对房间的暖气有些受不了，大堂经理张思颖知道后立马安排了加湿器在房间里，因为起床气闹腾的孩子，她们也特别有耐心，给我门把赃了的娃娃洗了烘干，总之服务特别赞，原本打算去延安玩把房间退掉去那边住，现在继续续住，因为暖心

酒店服务很好，令我很满意，前台小周办理退房速度又快态度又好，知道我时间紧张张经理特意为我提前准备早餐很感谢满意的入住很不错的酒店冲前台服务会再次入住。

服务很好，还送了酸奶和橘子，写了贴心小卡片。周边比较安静，还有观景房，可以看到古城墙。离回民街只有一站地铁，吃饭也很方便
