掀开被子发现床单没洗干净，叫保洁人员来换保洁人员居然还有脾气，我？？？早餐很多苍蝇在飞，除了煎蛋以外没啥好吃的。整个酒店只有一个男服务人员态度最好，主动帮忙提行李，是酒店唯一一个优点。

服务： 预定前就已经看评论说酒店的服务好的不要不要的，这次真的体验了一把五星级都没有的服务。出电梯就遇到张国强经理，除了热情打招呼，还很迅速的帮我拉行李，在前台登记入住过程中，嘘寒问暖，递热毛巾送水送水果，张经理送我上房间，还给我煮热水，暖的不行了，见面对我嘘寒问暖很热情。 地理位置：方便，周边还有很多吃的，楼下有便利店 以后出差去其他地方，也住他们的酒店，如果再到西安，必住！
