非常好的酒店，地理位置优越卫生干净客服和蔼可亲，尤其是张国强经理，还有前台的小李服务都非常的不错，小李还给我送了果盘，每次回酒店就像回家了一样，还有免费水果，，下次带孩子去西安还会选择卡帝亚酒店，谢谢你们

酒店的服务很不错，服务部有个刘飞的服务非常体贴热情，早餐丰富，房间环境很好，下次还会继续入住卡帝亚亚酒店，还有前台袁经理的服务也不错

位置很好，离钟楼鼓楼回民街，粉巷都乘坐地铁二号线就可以到，有机场免费接服务，酒店大堂张国强经理十分热情，帮我们规划行程，给我们推荐了很多附近非常错的饭馆，去了之后味道非常的不错，下午旅游回来非常的热，张经理立马就给我们拿来了清热解暑的饮料，真的非常的感动，这次入住非常满意，尤其是张经理服务特别的到位，是一个不错的经理，真的就像个人管家一样，让人感觉非常的舒服，下次必须住卡帝亚酒店
