第一次入住此酒店！定的是复式双床房，照片上面客厅是一个大沙发可以睡人的，打电话问也是答复沙发是可以睡人的，来了给了一个好小的客厅的，沙发是只能坐一个人的，在前台等了两个多小时，反复的和他们讲才勉强的换了一间我丁的房间，我到现在都想不通为什么我定好的房间不给我，我和他们讲如果不行楼下给放一个单人床也可以，结果让我加钱，我定的房不给我，放一个床代替让我加钱，带父母出来玩了10天左右一直都很开心，父母也很满意，没想到会遇到这样的酒店这样的服务，让爸爸妈妈在酒店等了两个多小时不给房间，试问你的父母遇到这样的酒店你会怎样想，我一年四季到处出差，从来没有遇到这样的酒店！差、差、差............
