这酒店是五星吗？根本没有服务，门童和门神一样站在，你拿行李，他也不会帮你拿，就站着看，全国希尔顿也没有这样的，酒店没给你开拿行李的工资是吗？入住没人拿行李，离店也没有，但是都有门童站那看着你拿，可能有点瞎，再有就是前台李倩颖和她说延迟到2点退房，她说不行，入住率高，怎么都不行，我问你三亚亚龙湾希尔顿有没有你家入住率高？全国哪家希尔顿不行？就你家不行，五星服务呢？忘屁股后了？酒店房间关爱热线的员工素质就高很多了，这一个前台一个门童，每个客人入住时候基本就接触这2个环节，都差到极点，这种服务也能评上五星酒店，那现在中国五星酒店含金量有点太低
