这家酒店的硬件很好，毕竟是新的。但管理我觉得真一般，一过去前台就说我定的房型还在打扫。需要等。可我是下午两点到店的呀！因为昨晚宿醉整个人太累的，加钱升级房型。一进房间就看到这么脏的玻璃，怎么看湖景？没关系，毕竟外面风景也那么差，，可我一进洗手间，就看到了只这么丑的虫子！吓到我老婆大人！今日太累，不跟你们掰了

酒店唯一亮点就是全自动马桶了，房间格局小，高级房的景色也太次了，可以说无景，又不是旅游旺季，给的楼层还很低，配套设施不完善，要spa没有，问个饮料价格也不能当场回答，因为在岛外，去岛内也不方便，酒店服务员也不热情，总之，这绝对不符合五星级的标准，顶多四星吧！
