印象最深的是酒店服务人员的态度非常好，体贴、周到。提出一点小小的建议：洗发水、沐浴露的质地、香味，以及包装不够精致，希望可以改善。总体而言，性价比很高，以后来厦门还会选择入住京闽中心酒店。

位置在市中心，房间设施不错，有加热马桶垫，服务非常好，尤其是一楼帮助寄存行李的先生。二楼餐厅还在妈妈生日时送了长寿面。

床太小了，房间设计不合理，服务员态度一般，一直在强调性价比，他根本没有明白价格不是掩盖你服务设施条件差的理由，你再次也是五星级的！

酒店人员服务态度很好，非常热情，半夜11点到达的航班也给安排接机，很贴心。唯一有一点不舒服的是，房间里饮水用的杯子没有洗干净，希望能改进。

第二次入住，依然免费upgrade了套房，一个人住空间超大。房间附送欢迎水果，上次有送工夫茶茶叶，这次说没送了，只有茶包。TOTO加热马桶还是10086个赞，淋浴开关还很人性化，一端调节水温，一端调节水流。这次特地尝试了3楼富士日本料理的自助餐，￥268/位+15%服务费，住店旅客可优惠价￥248/位，送帝王蟹脚一份，其它刺身，小鲍鱼，海参等任点。
