这是第好几次住凯宾斯基了，这次最不满意，可能是在暑假，等入住就等了好久好久，前台让我在旁边等，结果她下班了也不告诉我，好奇葩。房间床上还有碎发，不知道到底清理过没有，总之除了酒店位置好其他好多不满意。不值得这个价格。希望酒店能改进吧，做到淡旺季服务都同等水平。
