8月暑休入驻凯宾斯基，前台看我带孩子给免费升级了房型，细心周到，体现了酒店的品格。虽然12日晚上进房间出了些插曲……但好在前台小姑娘态度温婉、处理妥帖，体现了酒店人员的专业！很满意！手动点赞👍
