酒店在白鹭洲旁边，环境很好，位置离各主要景点也都不远，就是床太软了，睡得不舒服。。。

高端大气上档次，据说是普京住过酒店，硬件和软件设施都很好，特别是豪华的早餐，有机会再来厦门还会选择入住这里。

服务非常到位，每个人见面都微笑问好。设施是真正的五星标准。早餐非常丰富，交通便利，酒店外风景好美。相比后几天住的厦门瑞颐酒店要强一百倍，凯宾斯基细节真的非常好，小孩子能很安全玩耍。

除了地理位置优越外，没有任何优势，床太软睡的不舒服，枕头太高，要一床被子，催了整整一天，退房时说没问题，等我们一家老小去机场路上，才说拿了茶叶，可是明明是冤枉我们的，还要我电话去催了几次，说退给我们茶叶钱，住了几次凯宾斯基，这次最不满意，以后不会再住了
