小朋友觉得凯宾斯基的名字很赞特意定了这家酒店，出发前就知道厦门是“特区”有特殊规定，还特意带了大儿子的身份证，小女儿的出生证，（刚满2个月还未落户）到了酒店后被告知出生证还不够，必须要去当地派出所打证明，我们据理说明出生证上有父母名字核对即可而且没上户口派出所户籍肯定开不出证明的，酒店前台说这是政府规定的，所有酒店都一样，好吧，也配合他们带着小baby大晚上的折腾个来回，果然派出所没有证明可开出，同去酒店人员也疑惑还打电话回酒店，回来想想很郁闷特意上艺龙查了订房提醒包括比他们家更好的酒店，都是说带出生证及户口本即可，前台人员对业务不熟对政府规定也没认真解读连累客人奔波，一个城市的服务行业代表着一个城市的形象！由此对厦门这个“特区”真心没啥好印象，能不来则不来！觉得自己高“人”一等嘛！何必来自找没趣呢！特别是凯宾斯基品牌各地的都没啥好口碑！
