这次入住凯宾斯基，从下出租车拿行李开始，就能感受到酒店工作人员的服务态度很好！门童卸载行李存放、入门大堂的外籍管理面带微笑、大堂经理引导至服务台办理入住、服务台工作人员的认真细心、服务员送行李至房间，尽管天气很热，但感受到好的服务瞬间觉得心情也好了。老人孩子也非常满意！早餐还不错，口味可以，以后来厦门还是会选择凯宾斯基！
